Consultations
Consultations for theSmartLipo ™ procedure are free. We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment. If a patient misses their free consultation appointment (“no-show”), they forfeit their free consultation and will be charged $75 to schedule another consultation, with a credit card required to hold the appointment.
Procedure Appointments
An appointment for theSmartLipo ™ procedure is scheduled only after a consultation is done and full payment is required before scheduling.SmartLipo ™ consultation and procedure can be done on the same day. Please specify this when making the appointment. A consultation will be done over the phone and full payment must be made prior to scheduling theSmartLipo ™ procedure
The following policies are forSmartLipo ™ procedure appointments:
- Missed Appointment (no-show): $100.00
- Rescheduling: If less than 48 hour notice, $100.00
- Cancellation: If less than 48 hour notice, $100.00
- Late Arrival: If more than 15 minutes late, the treatment may have to be rescheduled with a $100.00 rescheduling fee
Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Mastercard, Visa, and CareCredit. We do not accept American Express or Discover.
Financing/Payment Plans
Financing is offered through CareCredit (www.carecredit.com). Please note that this service is through a third party and that you will have to qualify for this service directly with CareCredit. If interested in this payment option, please pre-qualify before your appointment and bring your account number with you.
Please note our “no-interest” (0% interest) restrictions:
- If $500 or less, no interest (0%) financing is NOT available
- If $501-$1500, no interest (0%) financing is available for 3 months
- If $1501 or more, no interest (0%) financing is available for 6 months
- We DO NOT offer no interest (0%) financing for 12 months
- No interest (0%) financing cannot be combined with any other discounts
